yeah the acai offers fucking convert but so many of the guys we know in the industry got shut down by the new visa/mastercard regulations. I was just talking to a friend the other day that had a guy running several million a month and got the VM slap and now can't find a processor to let him run the rebills.

before i take offers live i run them though a FTC compliance review via Venable LLP in Washington D.C. Also, my buddy Gary over at MarketHealth sent me the new Visa/Mastercard compliance sheet.

My suggestion is to review this sheet before running any acai offers or really any offers in the health and beauty vertical. I attached it to this post, let me know your thoughts.
