Denver is desperate for a football player at QB
You got it wrong. They DO have a football player at QB and that's the problem. They need a QB at QB.
Nah, I got it right. Tebow is a Football player who can't throw. Id take him on the bears as a fullback, as I'm sure most teams would. You got it wrong. He'd look good disgracing the bears uniform.
That sounds like exactly the type of move your genius organization would make.
I don't think Manning will go to Seattle because for some odd reason, I think they really like Tavaris Jackson lol. Also Rice gets injured too much now a days. And I have no clue why they signed Zach Miller last year because they used him more of a blocking TE then what he specializes in, a receiving TE.
I'm a Dolphins fan and I wouldn't mind seeing him here but I don't think it would help the franchise for the future. Philbin wants to control his offense, he would have to basically let Peyton run it. I think as a new coach you let him do his thing. He also didn't coach Flynn in college, just on the packers. I wouldn't mind if they got Flynn because they have the staff that worked with Flynn, unlike the Cardinals when they got Kolb. Having Peyton here would make Hartline look so much better.
I really think the Cardinals are the best fit. Coaching connection, #1 receiver, good 1-2 running game, defense is solid, and inside stadium. Draft Fleener or Charles because Peyton loves his TE game.
A bears fans would take it that way
Doing the superbowl shuffle for a class skit (I was sweetness) is what got me interested in football. Your team has been a disgrace ever since. Arguably, you've made exactly ONE solid draft pick (urlacher) in the past decade and a half.
I'm an agnostic football fan, keeps my mind clear for fantasy and just appreciate the sport for what it is. I'm saying that to put this statement in comment in context for you .. the bears have been an embarrassment for almost as long as I can remember. Even the Cardinals have had brighter days.
So the bears have had 1 Good draft pick in the last 15 years and yet they have gone to the Superbowl and won 4 Division Championships in that span.
Stick to the fantasy, if you were in the WF league, iirc you sucked at that too![]()
Their impressive superbowl run included beating the saints and seahawks at home. Combined with fantastic NFC north records of their competitors
GB 8-8 (more points scored against than for)
MN 6-10
DET 3-13
Actually, I woudn't call that earning a superbowl trip ... I'd call it the sort of smart kid on the short bus.
Again man, I get you're a fan. I just don't give a shit either way and am calling it like I see it. At least the fucking Browns fans are honest with them self about sucking.
My teams always make the playoffs
Comparing the Browns to the Bears? The Bears have played in 8 Playoff games in the last 10 years. Would have been more, but 4 playoff appearances were FIRST ROUND BYES.
The Browns? 0 Playoff Appearances
Nice Try buddy. But you are making an ass of yourself. At least make some sense.
and back to fantasy.... your $50 was greatly appreciated by infoslob and myself![]()
When trying to justify your team is good (or in your case, even worth watching), it's usually best to not make the browns your standard for excellence. I wasn't comparing, only pointing out the honesty of each's fans. You guys are flat out delusional thinking you can play with the better teams.
I'm still up front the previous year and many years prior.
Like the real sport, in fantasy there is only one winner each year, something that no bear has achieved since Ditka. And that was before I had even kissed a girl.
I'm not a big fan of the NFL, so I may be a bit off with this but wouldn't Manning to the Ravens be a good thing? Seems like the Ravens have a very solid team with a next-to-nobody at QB. Imagine if they had a competent QB running the offence?
The only downside (again, not a big NFL guy here) would be the age of the Defense, and whether they would be around much longer.
He needs to go to Houston... but that won't happen.

Right, I meant coaching Flynn on the Packers. That alone should bring him over there instead of Peyton. But who knows...
Cardinals? Naw...I think they're still sold on Kolb. Plus, Arizona's line is porous. Manning would get killed back there. I would be very surprised if Arizona went after him.
Seahawks...I agree with you about Zach Miller. He was wasted over there last year staying in to block. Peyton loves throwing to his TEs though so if he signs, Zach Miller goes back to being a Pro Bowler. Sydney Rice might be banged up every year but it's possible that if Peyton goes somewhere, his receivers could be coming with him. Maybe they can get Wayne or "The French Waiter" to come over to help with the transition and provide insurance in case Rice goes down again.
2. Dallas and Chicago are just fine at QB. Romo has a career QB rating of 96.9 (2nd of ALL-Time) I bet you didn't know that chump. You probably get all your info from your other 3rd grade educated fans up there in hillbilly land.
