So many douchebag students leave their dog's shit all over the sidewalks in my neighborhood...I want to try this as a deterrent.

Don't "attack" me while my dog is present, unless you want to piss him off and contend with him.

Hopefully he's sure it was that guy's dog crap. Just before my dog died last week I had to bitch slap some fucker who confronted me on the street asking me if "I had a bag for my dog's crap" -- as he believed he had seen my dog's crap on his lawn. He got a 240 pound slap in the head.

Some dog owners really have no shame though: I saw a guy three days ago letting his dog shit right in front of my bank and walk away like nothing happened -- with the whole town watching.

I pick up my dog shit. If someone came up and was an asshole about it however...well get ready for the worst beating of your life. RLTW!

1. I don't clean up after my dog.
2. If someone did that while I was walking him he wouldn't be happy...

A local landowner where I live took to shooting dogs who crap on his land. It's been surprisingly effective. A couple of people complained, but he just said they were worrying his sheep. After a month or two, the crapping stopped.

just approach with a pitbull just in case.. he was lucky that the dog was tiny [or maybe he picked a dog owner with a tiny dog on purpose].. and that the owner didnt let the dog loose.

What a fag. Yeah you should pick your dog's shit up but had that asshole pulled that shit he would have seen my Rottie jump his ass then he could look down the not so fun end of my XDM 40.

This just goes to show what a different time we live in nowadays where people get that upset over a little dog shit.

When I was a kid, there wasn't a law about picking up your dog's crap. People would walk their dogs down the street and let the dog go on the neighbor's lawn. Of course you did it when when no one was there but that's just how it was done and no one got upset.

Occasionally you'd find some on your lawn but you let nature take its course and it would soon become food for your grass. No one threatened to kill the person who did that to their lawn.

I really think this law has been taken too seriously (like most other things nowadays.) In fact, I don't even want a dog now because I don't wanna have to walk around carrying a bag of shit with me whenever I take the dog for a walk.

I mean, what's a little dog crap? It teaches you to watch where you're going...a good life lesson in general.

It's great until someone's kid is playing on the lawn, gets it on themselves and doesn't realise it (or picks it up and plays with it as small children sometimes do), then gets toxocariasis and goes blind.

Plus, dog shit (and urine) kills grass, not feeds it.

you wouldnt have the same view if someone else dog came and shat on your lawn, or if you have kids and didn't want them to come back home crying after the fell and smear dog shit all over their clothes.

Obviously you're a slefish dog owner who doesn't care what your dog does to the neighbourhood. Someone like you shouldn't have a dog IMO

Wait a second. Let's break that down...

1. "you did it when when no one was there"

2. "no one got upset."

lol

No one threatened to kill the person who did that to their lawn.

That is good. And I have yet to hear such a story in this thread.

Owning a dog clearly comes with a few responsibilities. Sounds like you've made the right decision for your life.

I mean, what's a little dog crap?

Depends. Is it on my property or your property?

If it's on "public land," well...

Seems like you people don't have street dogs in your place... Here they shit every where and nobody cares... And kids are smart enough to distinguish a dog shit and clay ..

frankly it says more about the people than the dogs or dogshit.

If its a common area that no one really uses, who cares, leave it. If your dog shits on someones lawn, pick it up. Simple enough.

If that guy smeared that shit on me, he would be eating through a tube.
