HAHAHAH. Sweden is the shit. Spent a few days in Stockholm this June and completely loved it (except for the incredibly expensive alcohol and shortage on weed).
People are nice to foreigners, tons of hipsters in Sodermalm, insane clubs with an incredible rate of intelligent and hot chicks, tons of museums to visit. Besides that, 99% of Swedish people that I've met so far outside from Sweden are interesting and open-minded (unlike the Norwegians, lol). It's one of the places that Americans should check out when they are in Europe (yeah, Europe != Amsterdam, Paris and London)
Definitely one of the places that you want to spend your summer in, specially when some days you'll get 18 hours of sunlight. I avoid going there in the winter due to long nights though.

As for attacking their families, yeah because tyrannical brutality is a really effective way to stop terrorists. Look how well it worked for the English in Ireland. Or against the Boers in South Africa. Or for the US in Vietnam for that matter.
