^ But what does it do for you to cut out gluten?
Increased testosterone and anger, looks like.

i should also mention that when i am talking about 'gluten free foods' im not talking about the foods that brazenly say GLUTEN FREE!!!! on them, like the gluten free cookies and shit.
when i say gluten free i mean like, meats, fruits, nuts and fucking vegetables. though i will say i have had some BANGIN gluten free cookies and granola. but i rarely if ever eat that shit
its actually way more than 1% of the population, essentially if you have any european heritage you are likely sensitive to gluten in one way or another.
remember grains were not introduced into the human diet till around 10,000 years ago, and the grains back then had WAYYYY less gluten in them than the mutant, garbage grains that you eat now do.
eating gluten is connected to ADD/ADHD, depression, digestive issues (bloating, diahhrea, constipation, candida/gut pathogens), autoimmune issues, acne/skin problems, protein digestion, weight gain/fat storage, hormone imbalances, among other things
removing gluten essentially will help you get rid of that. gluten can prevent you from digesting protein & nutrients - which means you dont get the amino acids that you need - for example, tryptophan and tyrosine, which can fuck up your serotonin/dopamine production, making you depressed and unfocused. also lack of protein digestion/absorption makes it really hard to build muscle. just sayin.
in short, theres no reason to eat it. ever.
There are many gluten intolerance symptoms, some of which I have. I'm also doing this to kill 2 birds.. I'm looking to cut up a bit for the summer and it just so happens ridding foods with gluten means making it easier to lose fat by replacing those foods with less heavy caloric food.
Novak Djokovic former world #3 (currently #1) attributes his success in 2011 from world #3 to #1 (70-6 season record, 42+ in a row) to diet changes (gluten free) alone. I'm a huge tennis fan so this is extra incentive.
My wife's been going on about gluten intolerance too so I'm saying fuck it, let's try it for awhile and see if I notice any differences in symptoms/energy.
I'd never attempt this if there weren't gluten free beers. Hopefully this doesn't taste like shit, going to try some tonight.

also, gluten intolerance is not an autoimmune disease but can definitely cause auto immune issues over time -
Trans Fat Free, Gluten Free, Sulfer Free, MSG Free, Refined Sugar Free, lactose intolerant...what a bunch of fucking fads. Here's the deal, people have been eating this shit for hundreds if not thousands of years. And in the past 5 years, every one of these things is now the worst possible thing you can consume. Yeah right.
People need to sack up and start eating meat, dairy, and all the other foods we've lived on since the dawn of man. I'm telling you this world has turned into a bunch of pussies.
LOL. I guess I should just sack up on my lactose intolerance and be a man and suffer for 2 hours after every time I drink milk. I gained an intolerance over night when I was 18. Every day I drank 2 big cups of milk, could handle any type of protein shake, and then all the sudden intense stomach pain. But that's just a fad right?
