i hate to do this, but i'm gonna have to report a scammer.
So, Zingo, here's what actually happen, so you can make a clear idea of the situation.
Unababy has bought a pack from my magic hat blog network service on 21 September. The TAT for any order it's 7-10 business days. However, i have submitted her/his order on 1st October. As you probably know, there's no report included for this service, and it's written on the sale page at least 2 times. Also he agreed that he knew that.
"I know you don't have any report"
In the meantime, we have talked on Skype at least 5 times, when she/he asked for order updates...on 1st October i emailed him 4 times (he kept saying he didn't received the confirmation emails) mentioning that the submission has been done. After a while, he understood that the order has been submitted.
On 10th October, he started a paypal dispute, claiming that the order was never submitted, without even contact. I was shocked at first, because last time we talked, he understood and agreed that the order was completely finished.
We had a few conversations on Skype after, and i asked him to close the paypl dispute, and this is what he said:
"i should wait to next monday, because my financial department closed now"
Obviously, he then signed out from Skype and never tried to get in touch with me after. I have then told him that i will report him as a scammer, because he agreed that the submission has been done, he knew that there will be no report, and even though....he started a paypal dispute without any reason.
this is the message he sent me after:
"if you think this is a good way to deal with this problem, you can do it"
I have attached a screenshot that's showing the links that he's site received after my submission. As i always stated, it takes 7-14 days until most of the links will get indexed, and so does the image shows:
Conclusion:
The screenshot proves that i have submitted his order, and he's got no reason to keep the paypal dispute going. I don't care about those money, i only care the way he acted during this dispute....and therefore, i think he is a scammer, and he must be banned from WF.
I have a solid reputation, and i would never scam my clients.

Firstly, I placed on Flx89(http://www.wickedfire.com/members/flx89.html ) on Sep. 21th on http://www.wickedfire.com/links-seo...ork-100-private-huge-discounts-available.html at $20 for Pack A: 200 unique blogs - 20$ ( 10$ discount ), then in our country, we had a 7-days holiday and I didn’t deal with my seo service during this period (form Oct 1th to 7th) . After backing from my holiday, I still didn’t get the report, then I add his Skype to talk about this, however, he told me he had already sent to me. Then I checked my email again, including spam box, but nothing. I asked him to send to my other email, then I go this, nothing but the confirmation to inform me that he had already sent the report.
Secondly, Yes, I know that he didn’t have any report and I had already been ever encountered this problem in this forum for the past half year. My company almost placed over 100 orders in this forum per week, and never ever got negative feedbacks. Why? Because we are honest and we like to cooperate with the friends here and believe it. By the way, thank you for all the friends who back up here. I used to come across the same situation “no report” before, but in order to explain it to the financial department, we need just one screen shot or the blog Title or even just author name for us the track the result, even just some of them. That’s the reason why I told him in Skype that “I understood you, But I seems he neglected the balance sentence I said “can you give me the screen shot or author name? because I need to explain this to my financial department?” Then he gave me the “so-called” screen shot of “my backlinks”. However, he forgot that I sent 3 urls to him, how he could only provide one fake screen shot here to claim that he had already done the service for me??????
Thirdly, for the backlinks of my url, I will provide here. My project is 3 urls not one

Note: none of them are starting to increase since October 1th, which is the date he told me I can track, and really different from the screen shot he gave in the above. How could he say that all the increasing backlinks from his service if he knew that I placed over 10 orders per week in this forum for my website? You can check this in ahrefs.com
Finally, that dispute is opened by my financial department not me, that’s the reason why I responded his message so late. My financial depart is an independent depart, who will take in charge of all the refund issues, no report will ask for refund. Even he could provide one screen shot or auchor name, we won’t do this.
By the way, if you really made the report, why you afraid of offering even one screen shot or author name?

Sometimes when clients ask, i even give them some blog samples of the submission, so they can check....but because of the way you acted, talked....and how you started the paypal dispute without even saying anything...parsee...you really expected me to send anything to you? and this is the only reason i even posted about this here....now if you excuse me, i got other things to do, orders to take care of...
Dont't tell others you are doing seo...if you can't even track the incoming links to your website...just a small advice, so you will not make a fool of yourself

I think you shouldn't tell others too, because you even don't know what's ahrefs and majesticseo, and by the way, i would tell all my colleagues and informed them(almost 20+ accounts in this forum) how worse service you will provide, who may already place multiple orders on you and i even saw your other service in BTW. The seller clearly told you that there is NO report. It makes no sense to keep complaining and wasting the seller's time. If your "finance department" requires a proof that the seller is unable to provide, then don't buy from them. Simple

Another argument you are using is "he can't prove the backlinks are from him." ... well, what the fuck? You can't prove they are not. Pay the man.

The yellow line is the eyeballed 1st of October.
In each case, new links have been added and the velocity (pink line) seems to have picked up as well.
All in all, this looks mighty shady from your side.
