this is my first time every reporting someone as a scammer but i am calling out tencentpiece

i ordered his pr6 blog post service, and unfortunately he said he couldnt accept my keywords but since then has ignored me and hasnt bothered to refund me, i have sent 2 pms and have seen him online 3 times since the first pm and he hasnt said anything to me.

calling someone a scammer is the last thing i want to do, but i am not sure what to do here, i paid $97 for a service which he didnt deliver and he hasnt bothered to refund me either

I have ordered from him before with no issues but this time im not sure what his problem is

UPDATE: tencentpiece has said i will be refunded shortly, if you had replied to my pms a few days back this would have been much easier as i had no idea what was going on

We refunded you as soon as we had access to a secure network connection. You may have seen me online when I was on my phone on WF replying to other sales and post sales queries - but I did inform you that the refund would be processed shortly. We actually lost money on this, as when you order it goes straight out to a writer. The writer then wrote articles on a topic we couldn't accept on our blog posts.

I obviously didn't (and don't) expect you to pay for the writer fees as we obviously need to make it clearer as to what is and isn't accepted but I think calling me a scammer is a bit harsh.

Below is proof that a refund has been processed.

Again my apologies for not getting the refund out sooner. We'll notify our writers to not write content like this in the future and work on making our copy clearer as to what we do and don't accept. :thumbsup:

Somebody from dseosolutions is spamming a bunch of Wickedfire members continuously via Email. I am yet to identify his identity (wf handle). He adds CC emails and most of them are Wickedfire members.

If anyone has done business with a guy whose paypal has dseosolutions in it, please report his Wickedfire handle.

I hope other members who have received his emails will agree that it wasn't just a 1 time "hey how are you? check my new service" type of email.. It's a continuous and non-stop persuasion to buy his shitty services.

1. They got my company name wrong everywhere in the article!
2. Grammar, logical, all kinds of mistakes throughout the document! Missing commas, missing words, using "Word Press", "Plug Ins" etc instead of Wordpress and Plugins, where a $75 article clearly was supposed to do at least a minimum amount of research, writing about Wordpress, they were supposed to get at least that right!


3. When I asked for a refund, telling them I won't use the article, they called me "out of my brains", "nutcase", and when I filed a paypal request for a refund, they called me a scammer on paypal and asked paypal to take action against me!!!

This scumbag makes me lol because....

He promptly asks for a refund, even before asking for a revision. His company name was not correctly spelled, AGREED, but never for once he asked for that to be corrected.

The word, as we all know, is WordPress. But since I was trying to help this poor soul by doing some additional keyword research, I found there is a lot of traffic for a few keywords with 'word press' instead of 'wordpress' in them. I guess this guy is drugged or something to understand what I've been trying to tell him over the last half an hour.

This was supposed to be going to the 'Home Page' of his site and he wanted something that will give his readers a 'different feel'.

On PayPal, he terms this as 'off ebay transaction' and still complains of receiving a poorly drafted article.

Please award him the jackhammer.

That is the single refund request ever opened by me. Scammers do this as a way of life, I asked for a refund as a way of protecting me, as the buyer, from the quality of the article I got. I won't touch your iTrader, won't give you negative reviews - all I want is a refund, because the quality.... well... it can be seen by everyone.

P.S. I can prove this is not modified screenshot, in skype, with screensharing, to any mod who would want to see. I can also show the full skype history, showing all the insults I had to see for asking a simple refund for something he probably paid $10 or so to some Indian writer. Calling me a "scam artist"??? Really? Do you want to see the amount of bying or design / articles I do on paypal? You are the SINGLE one that I ever asked a refund from.
