Looking back at it, I may have missed it once. I posted it at 11:50 my time and therefore, was 10 minutes early before I broke it.

And bumps are replies on a thread. The actual sales thread does not count as a bump. So now that I have said this, take a look back. I admit I may have broken it once but that was due to my lack of care but I have certainly not broken it "a lot"

Forum user "serpslurp" ordered my SEO services on October 5 and told me that his client will pay me directly.
Then I received a payment from someone named Charles H.
I did SEO for serpslurp's site http://www.edit.org
Now the person who sent me payment, Charles H., emailed me asking me to update on his shoes order.
Looks like this guy serpslurp played some games with me. I emailed and PM'd him many times but he is not doing anything to help his client Charles H.
And this guy Charles H. emailed me today saying he will file a police report and name me also since the payment came to me.
WTF!

He did same with me but he replied me on skype and he again paid me with paypal and i refunded the money to that person.
I have asked him why you don't use your paypal to send the money? He replied he don't have paypal and paypal is sucks!!!!! LOL
So i am not sure he will pay or reply you again, but that was really sucks for me !

He's scammed quite a few people recently, so I hope you don't un-ban RankingBilly.
He promised to send me a report soon and asked me to edit my post in his thread where I warned that he was ignoring my emails...
Today he sent the same type of email to a few people:

This guy bought a few services from me as on 1st October 2012 and i got a dispute from buyer today !
This guy "serpslurp" doing amazing scams here, he will contact with you directly and send you his f..king jordarn shoes website and keywords and then he will put your paypal on his website, you will get the payment and then he will not send the item to the buyer and after a few day's buyer start a dispute or chargeback, and you have no f..king words to understand paypal or that buyer !
Here is other details of this scamer:
1.) Name: Omar AV (Don't know this is right name or not, i have seen this name on his skype window)
Name: anthony vanni (He put this name in our order form while submitting the details.
2.) Skype Name: vintikmilano
3.) Email Address: Omarav@me.com
4.) Website: Cheap Jordans, High Quality Air Jordans, Cheap Jordan Shoes
I am sending messages to him on skype but he is not replying me and i can see he is receiving all of my messages on skype.
Also he did scam with 7thamigo a few days ago.
I hope guy's all of you will stay away from this scamer and zingo please bann this person: "serpslurp" and also bann his IP address too.

That dude is lying about that. $10 a day? So they are located in the U.S. working for $1.25 an hour?
Also, he posted pics of client websites and their ranking. When you check on them, they are gone. lol.

I ordered the package twice (2x $97), both also not received. I was only able to file a dispute for one of the payment, as another one is more than 45 days.
PM-ed him but also no reply, hope he will refund us.
Zingo know it's the wrong thread but just renewed my thread and the price is $77 rather than $36. Can't see any post about this anywhere? Has the price more than doubled or are threads going to be open for longer?
