Scammers and Potiental Scammers Get Posted Here

Update on my concern with p0ck3taces:

I have received no reply from p0ck3taces regarding unfulfilled orders. Subsequently, I have filed dispute claims with my bank and PayPal. Some of the orders that have yet to be delivered were outside of the 60 day window of protection that my bank offers, leaving over $500 USD in losses that I'll probably never see again... unless p0ck3taces magically reappears to issue a refund.
 


FlipFl0p - Social Media Management Services

I sent FlipFl0p $254 for services and after a few conversations he disappeared, delivering zero services. He hasn't replied to multiple attempts at reaching him on skype, wickedfire, and through Paypal dispute most recently - all documented. He's logged into wf on multiple occasions after I've messaged him.

At one point in the earlier conversations he followed up with me only to forget that I ordered and already paid a few months in advance, even though we discussed details and actions of our project.

He then asked me, a stranger, to lend him $30 on paypal at one point and that he'd pay me back that night. Weird

No responses after that. My skype has been open... he has my email. I've made plenty attempts.

I've seen a couple other user's comments in his BST threads basically saying 'Hey, you didn't respond to me' and he goes "what you didn't get this message" and proceeds to post a skype-like plain text dialogue, but at this point, I have to believe he just made those up.

I hope this issue can be resolved. A simple refund would suffice.
 
Just touching on the above in regards to user Leo Flynn & his service. I did receive 1 link from him & the others were refunded due to "my niche not being accepted." He seemed to always reply fast on Skype so looks like I may have gotten lucky if everyone else is having trouble with him.

Yeah screw this POS. Just another shady guy lurking in the shadows. Can't stand these lying scammer mofos. Disputing Now.
 
I'm sure it's the same 3 or 4 guys coming back and scamming people again and again with new IP's and username's.
 
If anything this is some interesting reading for anyone who was dumb enough(myself included) to think this guy was legit.

I think this conversation is enough for a ban, although I'm sure it will not be his first one.

Thank you everyone for posting these updates, I too have been waiting on Leo Flynn ordered June 12th, I paid in full $360 to make it more serious with a real promise to order more if these first test orders looked good. I have been in communication on Skype. Just today I gave a final ultimatum and thought I would just check this thread before giving a 3rd time waiting for extended TAT. Glad I did!

Sometimes I need to learn a lesson and stick with the reputable members here, and not look where the grass may be greener with a new member offering a gold mine for sale.

I'm going to dispute now as well, and show this link and my Skype as evidence. Keep up the outing of these guys people, it helps others who are more lurkers like me.
 
Seems like he is using different PayPals as it was a different one from above. I'm going to have to do a "chargeback" with bank
 
I'm waiting on links from LeoFlynn as well. Please drop the ban hammer and set him on fire if possible. I've filed a chargeback as well.
 
Contacted me today and delivered one of the links I ordered. The link is a pretty legit one. Says he is going to refund me my money. I will continued to keep everyone updated but it looks to me like maybe he got in a little over his head and is trying to make things right now.
 
Please make an individual thread in shooting the shit so everybody else knows as well. I have a number in India for this scammer. If we all do chargebacks he will lose his merchant account so please CHARGE BACK ON HIM IMMEDIATELY

I have worked with FlipFl0p/Jarick Malaguiok and it has been a rocky road but he has delivered here and there after I bugged him enough. He has also asked me to forward him money via Paypal for one emergency or another. I started with him about a year or more ago. All said and done I think he has probably delivered ~1/2 of what I paid for but at least I got a discount on most of what I did pay for. All in all not worth working with him. He could have a great service if he would just follow through.

He may well be a scammer who just gets enough done to get by or he might just be irresponsible, not sure.

Unlikely. I filed a dispute through Paypal and this is the message that I got in reply:
