Senator Rand Paul detained by the TSA

Probably because this shit takes time. You think it was planned in a few weeks. They started planning 9/11 in 1995. And now they don't need to come all the way to the states to kill Americans because we're neck deep in the middle east.

Pretty sure they had the general idea for much longer than that.

9/11 was not rocket science, and it wasn't a difficult plan to implement. Everybody tries to pretend that to pull off something like that, you need years of planning and some master mind to put it all together. That is wrong, you just need a small number of crazy people who believe they are doing their God's work, and they will do anything to serve him.

Flying a plane is not difficult at all, virtually anyone can do it. The hard part about flying is landing. I would say the difference in difficulty between steering a plane and landing is analogous to using software and writing software.

It's just yet another misconception to make the enemy look bigger than they are, so that we feel like we need government to protect us from them. It's right up there with the lie that "Iran is the biggest producer of IED's that are killing our troops" which makes about as much sense as targeting a marijuana paraphernalia company as the biggest producer of improvised soda can pipes.

First of all, the quote from the slate basically supports the knife theory, they just say they can't prove that is ALL that was used. Fake bomb, pepperspray, all fine, but ultimately they were taken down with knives and couldn't of pulled it off otherwise.

And again... the point I was trying to make all along is that without the knives/pepperspray/fake bomb (none of which can get thru now with a few rare exceptions) they couldn't of pulled it off.

I think arms were also used in the hijacking...

Really, zimok? you seriously think this? Or are you just trying to get a rise?
Although, to be fair, you're not alone, I'm so very sorry to say.

This so-called republic is in a sorry-ass state of affairs with wannabe
jack-booted thugs who barely have high school educations feeling us
up like the bunch of perverts they are; all in the name of keeping us
"safe", while most don't see what the problem is.

It's appalling so many think the TSA pat downs are OK or worse, doing
anything to keep you safe. Dream on like the unsuspecting citizens of
the Wiemar Republic so long ago. It's Gleichschaltung all over again.

It's about programming the sheeple not to make a peep about anything.
And so far so good. Everything is going according to plan. Shhhhh. Go back
to sleep. It's all going to be just fine.

No, I think it's unnecessary and counter-productive measures in regards to actual safety gained.

When I wrote what I said, I just had the scenario of hot shot senator wanting to be above EVERYONE else and not get pat down. Maybe he'll be the cause of change, who knows.

Then you're a liar for saying you've 'gone thru TSA' since you were 3.

Are you sure this is the right forum for you? We don't take kindly to liars and socialists around these here parts...

Or just ignorant, and believes standard airport security = TSA making sure you do actually have two testicles.

lol umad? Your anger is literally seething through the comp screen.

Nah I think I'm gonna stay around here. I really enjoy watching people bitch about being searched before going on a plane. Clearly its one of the most important issues in the world right now.

Can I donate to TSA? I'm tempted to give 100% of one of my sites proceeds to them just so they can keep doing what they are doing and piss you guys off.

ITT headiez can't do math and then changes subject.
ITT headiez does know any facts about TSA. Still has opinion.

One important thing that is easy to forget:
- I'm dead anyway' and WILL fight back. That's what happened on United 93 and is fresh in the mind of a LOT of airplane passengers. These guys have become true American Hero's. 'Let's Roll'. John Wayne style...

That plane was shot down fyi.

my last 2 posts were kinda troll ish. Even tho they were provoked, it's not my style so my bad on that.

I'm just gonna leave it be for now. I never said I was an expert on security, just opinions I had based on what I've seen. I probably have a skewed view anyway because I was personally directly affected by 9/11 and I guess I try to find anything positive I can that came out of the disaster. didnt mean to step on anyones toes

Correction: 10 out of your last 13 post on this thread were bona fide troll posts. Not a single post fewer... You were about as provoked into it as Hitler was provoked into killing jews.

I probably have a skewed view anyway because I was personally directly affected by 9/11 and I guess I try to find anything positive I can that came out of the disaster. didnt mean to step on anyones toes
The odds are pretty good that you're trolling again, but to anyone else who really is affected by 9/11 and looking for something positive from it, I'd tell them to take a step back and look at America from the long view.

Before 9/11 we were losing our freedoms at a much slower rate, say 1 small freedom per decade. At that that rate it would have taken a millenium for us to get sick of that shit and overthrow the government.

Now we're losing our freedom at such a startling rate that a full-blown revolution is absolutely assured within our lifetimes and the positive thing you have to look forward to is that after the revolution is over, you can be far more free than you are now... Assuming you survive the hostilities, of course.

That's about it... 9/11 was a total sack of shit for all involved, even al queida... Because a few of their guys did that the rest of them are being hunted down and exterminated like rats... So literally, no one at all besides the Military Industrial Complex benefited and got anything positive from that day at all.

It's funny 2 pages deep and nobody sees this for what it is
Another example of pure elitest arrogance by a US politician who thinks he is above the law. . Although my guess it was the elitism mixed in with a little bag of NARCO

Emphasis added:
Gotta give it to Rand. When he took the Senate seat he sold the private jet, given to him by his predecessor and gave the money back to the tax payers. He started flying commercial airlines like the rest of us schmucks.

The law is the 4th amendment, unreasonable search and seizure etc etc.

"the US Supreme Court has held that it is a fundamental liberty deserving protection because privacy is implied in the First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments (Due Process Clause)"

Regarding the issue, this comes to my mind:
My TSA Encounter - NO BLASTERS!

Why would he refuse the pat down? He's dealing with the lowest level of TSA, who are just trying to do their job and go home.

Here's what one guy did a while back:

First they came for the bloggers, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a blogger.

Then they came for the copy writers, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a copy writer.
Then they came for the black hatters, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a black hatter.
Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.

Here's an inexpensive, not rights-infringing way that 9/11 could have been prevented. You ready?

Reinforced cockpit doors, and all pilots carry guns.

Good luck with your box cutters.
