As you'all get things straightened out. Some of my keywords went from U.S. to U.K

I would really like to have them all stay just .com - United States

thank You

Woohoo I've got a bunch of rank 1 and 2 rankings now! This morning I was firing up my resume' and now researching which sports car I should go buy! I hope these come true!

Shouldn't have any affect on your keyword countries. This should be a feedback report with your details.
I am not sure what you mean about feedback report.

#1. I understand you think I shouldn't have a problem.

#2. The last occasion I told you my domains where showing at the bottom of the page I was lead to believe it was a fire fox problem, I did not update firefox and a couple days later the problem resolved itself.

#3. The keywords have always shown as United States until this fiasco.

Thank you

Feedback report through SEscout using the contact button. We need specifics when it comes to issues like this. Posting a sarcastic remark about keeping your keywords in the US is absolutely of no help to us.

#1 - Ok.

#2 - That was likely a cache problem that we were unable to replicate and made no changes towards.

#3 - Please use the contact form on the site and explain your situation, which keywords changed which domain etc.

Just to reiterate, we are aware of the current ranking issues and exploits that are currently affecting our users. Sit tight, things will be back to normal as soon as possible.

If you took my comment as sarcastic that is on you.

I did not mean it to be sarcastic but I really do not care at this point.

My point in bring past problems up is you always reply it shouldn't be happening.
So you must think I have time to make situations up or do something that makes a situation happen.

I have over 1300 keywords in your system. If I understand what you are telling me is you want me to find all the keywords and corresponding domains and make a report and send it to you.

How about this - since I am paying the $100 a month you go in my dashboard and figure out the problem with your system.

Clients pay me to work on their projects not yours. (now that is sarcasm)

James, you're ignoring the core issue here. Plain and simple, we are tracking hundreds of users. If you post a generic issue in the forum with absolutely no details and expect us to dig through them to find out what user you are and where, when and why the issue is happening, it's not going to get fixed.

It's impossible to keep track of all of our users. If you don't submit a report through the feedback system, Josh and I have no way of knowing what user you are in the system.

We are a two-man team. When something goes wrong (for example the ranking issues today) it is often one person dealing with all the complaints while the other scrambles to get things back on track. We simply don't have time to dig up previous bug reports or play detective to figure out who you are in the system. I promise you we aren't ignoring your issues or placing blame on you.

All I'm asking is that you post a simple bug report in the system so I can track who you are and get a first hand look at what's going on.

Thanks for your patience and support.

Everything should be back to normal now. We have a new filter in place that should make rankings even more accurate than before (today excluded).

Josh and I are quickly realizing that if you offer anything on an hourly basis, and things don't work for a couple hours, people tend to get upset pretty quickly. The issue we are having is that when we try and roll out new updates, we really don't have much of a chance to test them out in a production environment. It basically leaves us with two choices, roll out an update and hope it works for everyone, or take the site offline temporarily while we get a good look at how things are going to work overall.

Anyways, we do apologize for the good scare earlier, but PLEASE, if things do appear to be normalizing for you now, let us know. We tend to get an abundance of complaints when something isn't working, but when that issue gets fixed.....silence :)

Thanks for resolving the issue. I literally almost shit my pants when I saw that my SERP for my #1 keyword went to #108 LOL.

Mine have come back, but I've got a scarier problem now: No history:

ALL of my camps are only showing the last 2-3 days right now. Some are 2 months old!

I sent in a ticket for this, I've had the same thing all day. The loss/gains also don't show correctly.

rankings are back.
graph is weird
Totally understand the hourly testing issues... just let everyone know you are doing it and you'll be golden. Communication is key.

No worries. Even with the kinks it's still the best serp tracker out there.
:) SEscout will soon support new "kinkless" technology...

ok... graphs SHOULD be working properly now. Let me know if anyone has issues still. It's been a long day and I need to lay down before my head explodes. I know there are more loose ends from the new update and i'll try to get those resolved in the next 24 hours.

History's back, well, 99% of it:

Bing has a few days taken out of it recently, too. -In some campaigns Google isn't showing just January 25th, at all. (In other days it's way down and then back up, like above but a few others go totally AWOL.)

Bing tracking was down for a couple days. The new filter was put into place yesterday and for certain users it made some rankings go way down (typically adding a 0 in between your rankings e.g 35 was made 305), so that would explain the issue from the 25th. If that is the only issue your experiencing then everything is as expected right now ;]
