My past rankings/charts are still all over the place (not as bad as before though). I know that because I kept track of a few test keywords manually (to check how accurate your system was).

Current stats aren't accurate either.

There's one domain/set of keywords that has been tracking accurately the whole time. The rest are meh (data before this update seemed to be accurate though).

Only a heads up guys - no panic here. Hope you are able to fix it soon.
 


Is it just me or are the rankings still behaving weirdly?
Its 8:25 am... my last update was around 6:18 am

I never imagined that rankings changed so often... up a couple down some... up and down huge numbers too.
I suppose if you are checking once per week you are not getting an accurate picture. Watching hourly changes is quite instructional. I just hope they ARE accurate.
 
v2.4 is now live.

Here is a full changelog of the new additions/fixes:

Fixed strange behavior when you sorted domains then expanded a domain
Adding a domain once again adds them to your dashboard in real time
Adding a single keyword once again shows up under your domain in real time

Fixed bug where new keyword form didn't display correct default country
Fixed bug where adding a keyword to a new domain some times didn't get saved
Added backlink tracking to all accounts and a display option on charts

Added Pagerank tracking to all accounts and a display option on charts
Charts now function smoother with sexy animations
You can now zoom in further on charts
When there is a new blog post a "new" badge will display in the menu
Added a delay to dashboard hover tips to make them less annoying

You could be seeing different datacenters being hit, over time they would all sync and your rankings appear more stable.

My Italian rankings are still misbehaving, i'll send you an update in PM.

Also there's a strange glitch in the dashboard, with multiple "add keyword" button suddendly popping-up and multiple tables of websites (will send screenshot). I'm using Chrome 8.0.552.237 on Osx.


Just my 2 cents about customer support: seeing the "other thread" about the customer service, it could be useful to send a daily update by email since you already have our email! In my opinion it doesn't have to be incredibly long and complex, just "we did that, we saw this, thinking about implementing that". It could be bothersome, but your giving a breakthrough service: hourly updates! It something really "nerve wracking" to know that the rankings change so much, so keeping the customer calm and aware that you are "on it" may save a lot of individual mails.

After all the shenanigans I decided to signup since I have some new clients that are anal about rankings and money and shit.

Daily or Hourly Updates sounded like them.

It is really amazing. I wanted to signup for a paid account but my PP is frozen from those communists.

Any chance for some other pay option? Google Checkout has reoccuring....

Unfortunately we only have the means for paypal at the moment.
 
why can't I enable notifications? I always get this error:

Kind of annoying since the instant notifications are the main reason I signed up.
