All of my test searches returned the exact same results as SEscout is displaying. This is a data center related discrepancy, not an SEscout accuracy issue.

BTW this complaint was for a Google.nl domain.

We checked this and he explained it to me.
To be honest i'm not really convinced yet because these differences has been going on for more than a week. But i'll be patient and see how this plays out.

Sounds good, keep us (me) updated at the least, but I wasn't spewing BS, it's from experience with a lot of other customers international rankings. A week is typically the minimum time you would see the change, it's often around 2.

I like SEScout - Here is a feature request.

Id like to be able to put in a keyword and have it report back the top 10 Google results and track them over time.

This would be especially useful for things like reputation management.

Competition tracking is something we've thought about for a while. Definitely on a roadmap for a future version.

Cool, its less competition tracking and more I want to see how many of the top 10 spots I'm ranking in across a bunch of keywords. I guess either way it would need the same functionality.

Man, I'm looking for reasons to not cancel my membership but it's nothing but issue after issue. I can now only track since May 4th.

Out of curiosity, is it just one keyword or all your keywords? Just one domain or all your domains? I logged in to see if I was affected too and am seeing tracking on the graph from April 26th.

If it is just a graph issue, you can grab the entire keyword history of the domain since the beginning by downloading the CSV file. I'm not saying that's a great solution, but you can get a pivot table together using that data and do your own analysis and graphs in the meantime until your issue gets fixed.

But if you're not seeing any keyword data from prior to May 4th, even in the CSV file, then it's a larger issue.
