It's a possibility, but it certainly wouldn't be by default (showing all websites). Are you saying you upgraded and didn't get the new limit?
We've had a couple issues over the weekend that have been sorted out. If you notice any ranking discrepancies in particular that really seem off, send em our way and we'll look into them for you.
We've been sorting out the google issues from the weekend. Bing is next on our plate.
We've had very few requests to tone down from hourly to daily updates. I think people like gaining a better insight into where there site ranks. With daily updates, you are limited to one data center (whichever so happens to be the one hit at that time of the day). With hourly, you get a better sampling across a number of data centers throughout the day.
We will likely add a toggle between daily and hourly updates sometime in the future.
We've just brought a new developer on board. We are working out the remaining kinks with the updates. We'll let you know when all is fixed again.
Anyone else having issues with ranking errors? Ive a few domains that are reporting rankings for the domain name, when I've entered a specific page.
IE:
Giving rankings for www.site.com when it should be reporting rankings for www.site.com/site
IE:
Giving rankings for www.site.com when it should be reporting rankings for www.site.com/site
Can you send me a specific example so I can debug this?

Be nice if updates or issues were posted right away on the dashboard so we know you guys are aware of issues as we log in INSTEAD of waiting for post on forums. I joined back up thinking all the kinks were worked out.....lets hope so :/
Ya we are ironing out some kinks for in-dash notifications as well. Having a couple issues with google that we are working on right now.

I cannot imagine why people would want a refund just because this great rank tracker has the odd occasion when hourly stats aren't available accurately.
Come on, where else are you going to get such regular updates? Observing slight fluctuations from results from different data centers, you'll have about as accurate a sense of your ranking as you could get anywhere! Any yet seriously, people are asking for refunds because of minor consistency issues?

The only major improvement that I think it could use is showing the highest ever rankings for each keywords. When we have a lot of keywords to monitor, we really need that information to get a quick, relative sense of our progress.

It's not inconsistency issues between databases, but they're bugs. It's SeScout's end, not G's.
You know what would be spectacular???
If this service actually worked for longer than 4 days at a time.
What do you have against the 4-day work week?
But seriously though, it'd be awesome if ya'll could test major changes like the ranking and tracking scripts on a testing server and account prior to making them live. Ya'll might be already, I don't know, but it just feels like all the changes are being done live without using test cases to see if past code broke.
