Added a few new sites and they have been stuck in the (Gathering Data please wait up to 24 hours) status for 48 hours now.

Anyone else having problems like this with SEScout recently ?

Sent an email into support and skyped Ryan but no word back yet.

Lets get this fixed!
 
Anyone else seeing wacky results today? For many clients sites I am seeing -500's, etc. when the results haven't moved..... nearly gave me a heart attack this morning.
 
Yeah, things are off. It also seems to be finding the last page that ranks for a term instead of the first, now I know how my privacy policy and 'about' pages rank for every term.
 
There was a note about some changes to the system a few days ago, but my rankings are still fucked/not updating correctly. I've been on since beta, but am kind of getting sick of the monthly screw ups with this service.
 
^this...I love this tool when it works and have been extremely patient but why must you guys roll shit out without testing it properly when things are working fine? New features are great but test them first on a separate machine or account?

I assure you this isn't a side-effect of untested feature releases. The recent issues are a direct effect of Google changing the way they return certain results to us. We are looking into a fix now and will keep everyone updated.
 
I'm getting invalid results.... Invalid traffic column #s, Invalid daily movement. Yet I upgraded my package to the 200 plan. This has been for several, several days. wtf ? It's driving me insane. I love the service... but it's "when it works", you know? Is this going to be a never ending problem or ? Isnt there a way to make your service just use multiple USA proxies to gather the information that way its not all coming from one ip or?

blah blah blah. Getting frustrated. :-p

We're hard at work on this I promise. As posted above, we are having issues with the way some google results are being returned and working on a fix now.
 
I love SEScout in spite of these problems.. It's a pain in the ass and i'm angry about seeing completely inaccurate, non updating rankings and other data for the past week... But it's the best solution I know of right now by far and it's Google causing the problems by changing their results all the time these days... They really are tweaking too much these days...

Anyway keep us updated guys.
