How do they know that anyone involved is STILL IN the cordoned area. What if they were already outside the perimeter when they closed it ?

EDIT: Did anyone ever find out why the younger one did it ? His twitter feed looks ordinary ?

Scanner feeds, and some people in the neighborhood are posting what they see out their windows.
 
They think that he is cornered in someones backyard in a large boat that was covered for the winter with a wrap. Someone saw blood in the boat.

Edit: Reports saying they found him with thermal imaging from helicopter. He is still alive and moving.

Police responded and more shooting.

SWAT trucks rolling in.

News is playing a clip of it. Some serious gunfire. They're guessing a few cops each unloading 30 round clips

They're apprehensive to go in and get him, thinking he may have a bomb vest on.
