If you havn't been following the threads, here are the first two parts. I'm really happy with all the help wickedfire has given me and I'm taking it all into account.

Well I went through with it and the site is finally finished .. now let the criticizing begin, so I can fix this into one great site. We ran into tons of problems which I will turn into a great learning experience type post when I've got some more time.. it will be long.

I'm starting the marketing today, uploading vids to tube sites, purchasing traffic/links, and a number of other things. Any advice is greatly appreciated as if you didn't read the first two threads, I have been doing SEO and IM for a long time, just not in the adult industry. The affiliate program is ready, I am running it through verotel. I just need to get banners up etc.. Any thoughts on verotel as a 3rd party affiliate program?
 


Thanks Will. CCBill doesn't accept Canadians and both the girl and I currently live in Canada. The guy at CCbill said don't even try setting up an American company it won't work, we need an American partner.

And at this point I can't see us getting an American partner unless it's an investor ;(. I do wish we could have ccbill too but I've been assured by a few webmasters verotel does the trick just fine.
 
Surely you can get credit card gateways through a local bank?
What about getting it from VISA or Mastercard directly? They charge more than the banks, but they're reliable, and take the vast majority of the credit card market between the two of them.

Does anyone know if SecurePay operate internationally? Or are they just Australian?
I know a friend of mine used them in the past
 
Is there a problem with Verotel that I"m missing? Or is it just that ticketsclub is really unappealing to the eye?

Verotel is like the bottom of the line. They used to process to |< P back in the day. Many think they will pull an ibill after a while. They seam to have cleaned up though.

There has to be an easier way to get into ccbill as there's lot of canadians who use them.

You might want to check out epoch (paycom). When I ran adult sites I processed through them and they are awesome. I'm pretty sure you can setup an EU company and process through them. They might even allow canadians but im not sure on that. Ive been out of the industry for a while now.

You can't because you need a "high risk" merchant account.

They can be obtained pretty easily through euro banks though. I have one in israel and im american with a LTD in the UK.
 
The #1 listing on ratemybody is ridicolous. The account gets around 20 new msgs/ hour. Everything from money for sex to wanting to buy panties. Ridicolous. Thanks for the tips guys.
 
Lose verotel for a start. They should be your 3rd processor in the cascade, if you've got one. Affiliates won't take you seriously if you use verotel. It should be CCbill or Epoch. Preferably both.

You should be able to get a partner with a legal firm in the US. There are firms set up especially to act as silent partners in companies. Not expensive either. Definitely worth it. Can't remember where exactly. Maybe google them.

You also need alot more content on your tour. Either that or have less content and several pages of graphic heavy tours. Do you have video? Get a flash player in the tour so show your trailers. You have trailers, right? (wait - I see one on the 2nd page. Get it on the first. And bigger.)

I also think you're header is a bit wrong. All those wierd angles and you don't even get a good look at her face. I can't see her eyes in most of those shots coz her fringe is in her face. Just MO though. Solo girl sites are all about surfers feeling connected to the girl. And the charisma of the chick. It needs to be presented well.
