Tell her, if she wants to make any money at this, to STFU and let you handle the site. That pic makes her look goofy.
 
look at whats working for other solo girl niche the likes of kari sweets, nextdoor nikki, raven riley etc.

im sure if you can find something they are doing right, you can maximize your profits, because all three of those have been around for a long time now.
 
one thing you could do is have her go on free webcam sites (webcamnow.com)and use a watermark on the bottom of the video feed. Get her to talk to people for free, then if they want to see more send them to her site
 
As far as partnering with someone in the US, you will probably find a ton of information on ynot.com forums.
 
I think her video should be more "sexy" or "dirty" etc. Get her to say stuff like, read my daily blog about topics such as things that get me wet etc etc...you know what I mean.

And ya lose the texas accent for sure!
 
Look into setting up a European company (Gibraltar, something like that) and process through ccbill EU. Honestly, you will get no affiliates if you use verotel. TGPs may help, but this isn't 1999 anymore. Tube sites are big, but your best bet is once you have a decent affiliate setup to try and recruit them. Good luck

I'm sticking with goofy. A carrot sticking out of her ass would have been a welcome distraction from the pot belly, shiny clown makeup, hat pulled down too far, and nipples pointing in more directions than a chameleon's eyes.

But, like LotsOfZeros said, there's your niche.

I'm not saying every pic has to be perfect, I like the "regular girl" type sites. But that pic doesn't make me want to sign up, it made me laugh, save those less-than-perfect pics for the member's area.
