The company I work for is in the process of developing an affiliate program to help sell some cars. It looks to be a little easier to do it ourself rather than go through another network.

The way it will work is you can either use our api to troll through our inventory or just use a basic link. When a customer clicks on your affiliate link they will be connected with one of our salesmen via web based chat. (We are also working on connecting them by phone via the Google Voice concept)

When a car is sold to the lead sent to our sales office you will receive $75.

Now is this something that ya'll think would be beneficial on both sides?

no one will do this shit....post about your stupid affiliate program here again and I will ban you.

Your pimping your program. You already started another thread here. You also make stupid fucking reports about shit being spam that's not.

Shut the fuck up about this or get the fuck out.

Digitalpoint sheeple will love you. Go there and let them lick your asshole.

hang on a minute......if your sales guys are so shit hot then why the fuck do you needs more leads, do these pricks not get refferals once they close a deal ?

we currently only advertise locally we have an eBay Motors site but i'm looking to bring in more buyers from more markets

then get the lazy sods out knocking doors, street pitching, incentivice your customers for refferals etc

And I am sure at the end of the month you say, "Your leads didn't lead to any sales" even though 2-3 did. It is an untrackable system unless the affiliates would have access to your database of what cars sell and who made the lead. It would be more cost effective for your company to just use SEO and PPC to drive leads yourself and use places like ebay motors, cars.com, autotrader.com, etc. If you are going to do this then pay per lead at a rate of $10-$30 a lead depending on what cars they sent the leads for.

We are working on an affiliate interactive interface that would allow them to monitor this. Most of it is in place based on our internal needs

I hate to tell you, but there's never transparent tracking in affiliate marketing, either online or offline. It's the same with having to trust that an advertiser isn't shaving you on leads.
