The Free POF Uploader

Anyone else having issues with the program constantly asking you where to find an image that you specified is exactly where it is?
 


Yeah, this is what everyone needed... a way for noobs to flood POF with really bad ads and terrible bid prices.

I'm sure the POF staff appreciates this as well.


The maker of this script is either:

A. Someone who doesn't spend much money on ads so he doesn't understand why it was a bad idea<-- I place my bet here

B. Somehow stealing campaigns or other useful data

C. He's trying to sell something else

I PM'd you back, most likely you're not referencing your ad image files correctly, anyway, check your PMs

Maybe it doesn't have a spell checker included.

Also, Jason there's no deal. I built this for myself a couple of months back. It's something I've been using on a regular basis for ages now and I actually got the idea to release it after I saw another one popping up. I was going to sell it but I don't think the hassle would have been worth the money. Let me tell you, it's really satisfying to give it away for free like this! It's an awesome feeling!

UPDATE:

Just got a big server management job for PimpMyServers.us because of the uploader so basically it looks like this thing payed for itself.

That said I guess I'll be developing it further. What features would you like to see? IAB ads a priority or no? Any ideas? Things that bug you, etc...? (besides a FB uploader)

I've actually been developing a facebook tool like this. though its gonna be a bit more than that. Though i couldn't give it away for free. Facebook is a lot harder to work with than PoF at least for me anyway. Anyway, good job lefluffy!

I agree with you!...Noobs seemed to have started already sending ads at high bids...for nothing.

This uploader(just like mr.Green's) should be for more experienced PoF marketers...newbies have to learn how PoF ads work, manually sending many ads is very possible even if it doesn't take 5minutes. But then again, we can't really tell who's noob & who's not...
 
What I'd love is if it worked not only on Windows with some extra whatever installed. Probably too much to ask, but something cross-platform would be awesome. I'm on a Mac, can run Win in VMWare, but prefer not to if I can at all avoid it.
