I actually did this too, and discovered about 10 new blogs by other respected WF members... Mostly Affiliate and CPA stuff, but all pretty cool. I really liked Stackthatmoney.com and of course Deliguy's BlueHatSEO. (I'd actually known about that before WF, but rediscovered it yesterday.)

Amazing and incredible things happened to me while WF was down. The kind of "amazing" that I won't even discuss, like a full-deck house-of-cards erecting itself from nothing but entropy and wind, or a million monkeys on typewriters miraculously producing Shakespeare on their first try.
Friday morning, WF was down, and instead of my plan -- "Let's waste time and troll the programming forum" -- I had nothing to do, so I spent 5 minutes throwing up a new idea in a new niche, and left it on autopilot all weekend while I went on vacation.
My weekend was so damn good, I won't even elaborate for fear of jinxing it.

ok... I might be late... but WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED? Is there a thread already? I had to google "Wickedfire is down" couple days ago to find a thread on DP where Shaun was saying it was a DDOS attack?
