Looking for a reliable toll-free forwarding service that provides full call logs (phone number calling, time/date, length, and geo-location preferable). Does anybody have any experience with specific providers?

Additionally, call recording would be a preferable bonus feature as an add-on, but isn't necessary yet.

Would be preferable for one account to be able to manage multiple numbers, each possibly forwarding to separate numbers.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Toll free numbers should not be expensive, especially for simple forwarding and logging... just looking for a simple solution, no IVR, no prompts, nothing like that. I'm willing to pay reasonable rates per minute, but I'm not willing to pay crazy monthly rates for each additional number I need.

i use Ring Central for a real estate business i own... works fine and has the main characteristics you want...

I'll keep Twilio in mind for the future, but I just need simple forwarding/logging for now. Looks good, though. I might also check out Angel.com for features like Twilio has, too.

For now, I went with RingCentral - their rates are pretty good. I'm going to be using a significant amount of minutes, so the bundled rates work well for me.

I'll probably be using 4-6 thousand minutes a month, so pricing is important. Currently paying around $30/mo for RingCentral with 500 free mins + 5.9c/min after that. Grasshopper has RingCentral's pricing beat ($50/mo includes 2k mins + 6c after that, or $199/mo for 10k mins).

Looks like I'll probably try out Grasshopper if my call volume keeps up.

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone.

Kall8 have voicemail with which you can call for 6cents/minute or $3/month - unlimited
I'm not looking for voicemail. I'm looking for 800 number forwarding, that's it. Kall8 charges almost 7c/min for calls, which is much more than most others. 4000 minutes on Kall8 would cost me ~$275, ~$225 with RingCentral's plan that I'm on now, or $169 on grasshopper.

Kall8 might be good if I'm looking for low volume or temporary numbers (they're $2/mo + minutes), but not for high volume.

Is there a service out there that can tell unique phone numbers?

For example: I am working with a local plumber and we want to make sure that someone doesn't keep calling the phone number we reserved for his website.

We track leads by phone calls and want to be as accurate as possible.

I was planning to use Google Voice and just do a 30 day look back to compare but wanted to see if there was something more efficient in the marketplace.
