Just an additional thought on why I plan on using TM again, which will resonate with anyone who has been outsourcing (or trying to) for a while: it's that he says exactly what he's going to do, and everything he says is what happens. No yanking me around pre-sale or going on about his work load (pro or con) he just asked me for a description of what I wanted, asked a couple of follow up questions, and gave me an exact price, exact start date and exact deadline. And actually met those parameters. A rarity in the IM world based on my experiences to date.
