You'd be suprised how liberal this country is too. Public opinion polls consistently show that the majority of Americans hold liberal views on a whole swath of issues.

People are just scared of the liberal label, if you just ask their opinion on individual issues, however, the super majority is more often than not, liberal.

He ran as a moderate, unifier promising transparency and bi-partisanship and now governs from the far left.

He needed to lie to voters to get elected (and still barely won).
