Shittiest ending ever... I hope next week is better. Did anyone else think that Shane was going to die this episode, or was it just me?

Yeah, because it's not like he's a main character or something... they save that kind of shit for season finales. Thought it was much more likely they break bad and kill the guy that was shooting at them in the previous episode.

I thought that other Cop was gunna kill Shyne's crazy ass!

I have not seen the new episode yet.... I am outside US, so I have to wait for an anti sopa site to share the new episode ;D

That blonde bitch seriously gets on my nerves. I'm not part of the 'slap-a-ho tribe' but I would definitely make an exception for that one.

Anyone notice that the schoolyard Rick and Shane took Randall to is a mirror to their situation on the farm?

  1. A presumably safe environment (gated).
  2. Burned bodies.
  3. Signs of survivors living there (empty food containers, living in a school bus like Dale's RV)
  4. Walkers locked in the building (didn't get out until Shane threw wrench at the window).
  5. Two police officers (granted, were walkers)

In the last episode Shane wonders how the two cop walkers turned with no bite marks.

Rick tells him scratches when Rick really knows that everyone alive is infected with the virus since it's airbourne. and upon death you will become a walker. The CDC guy told him and which is why the CDC guy gave up because he knows there is no hope.

When Rick killed the two guys in the bar he shot the first in the head then the other in the chest and upclose in the head to prevent them from turning into walkers.

If Rick knows all of this why is he not telling anyone and why did he have sex with his wife and get her pregnant?

Rick is Daniel Kemp and wants to become the worlds first Earth Emperor and he needs about tree fiddy.

Wow, good deduction. Kinda spoiled it for me, but oh well, I never picked up on that shit.

What about the people who get bitten by zombies and then turn into them days later? Does the airborne virus differ from the zombie-transmitted version?

There isn't any evidence to suggest there's a difference, unless I missed something.

Yah, definitely caught onto the whole 'doesnt look these ones have any bite marks' line and the lame 'scratches' cover up. Will be interesting to see where this goes

All dead people will turn into zombies regardless of how they die, and a zombie bite merely leads death, not infection. Everyone is basically infected with the virus already, so anyone who dies => zombie. [source : the graphic novel]

makes sense.. when they get bit they get a deadly fever / infection that kills them off. that's when the real virus kicks in. Lays dormant until death then takes over.

A fever/infection from what though. When they were in the CDC I'm pretty sure old man river scientist specifically said that the virus is what brings on the fever and kills the patient.. If this is the case then why wouldn't an airborne virus do the same shit.. makes no sense.
