Does anyone else get a massive improvement in mood and general feeling of well-being after drinking 1+ liters of water? It seems like an especially good insta-cure for irritability and fatigue.

P.S. pm me for some great deals on pure h2o.

I thought Gods drink Milk and Honey?
It appears beekeepers and dairy farmers were some of the pioneers in marketing. You see those references to a "land flowing with milk and honey" in the bible? They didn't get in there by accident.

Fatigue, yes. In those situations, though, it's usually dehydration causing the feelings of fatigue. Makes sense.

Most people go through life partially dehydrated. If you could force yourself to drink an extra litre (what is that about 1/3 of a gallon?) per day, your body would be much happier.

It makes you piss more at first because your body is not used to it, but if you keep it up for awhile it becomes normal and you won't piss it all away, so to speak.

Fucking fiji watever, if you haven't tried it, try it. It's good shit.

Don't drink bottled water (or anything else) that's in those soft PET bottles, as they leach toxic Antimony into it, especially if they have been stored at warm temperatures:

Antimony leaching from polyethylene terephthalate ... [Water Res. 2008] - PubMed result

Use glass bottles, or stainless steel drinking containers for carrying yo' shit around.

Also - if you're trying to shed some weight, swapping out any sodas you drink for water is a really painless way to cut out some empty calories.

^In hot weather bottled water that had been opened and left to sit for a while started tasting very unwholesomely plasticky, like what a robot's piss would taste like.

I used to drink all bottled water, but now I've switched to a water cooler with Culligan water and I put it in a stainless steel bottle.

It's about $30/month for the water cooler rental and 20 gallons of water delivered. The water is better, no chemicals leaching from the cheap bottles, and I don't have to carry a ton of water out of the store every few weeks.
