I ordered back on 24-Aug-12. Communication was great - sent Leith a couple PMs after I ordered and he was quick to respond, courteous, and helpful. Got my report back 12-Sept-12. Report was easy to read and follow. Spot checked a number of links and everything looked good.
Site I used this on is roughly 8 years old. Had many top 3 rankings, but has lost a lot of its long-tails and dipped a few spots (some 1-2, others 3-5) for some of the KWs it gets its bigger traffic. I've thrown everything at this site over the years from sending article directories links at it every day to profiles to highly relevant links from related authority news sites I used to write for and have been published on to ALN and a little of everything in between.
Penguin had serious effect on the site, and that's why I've dropped some in google, methinks. Traffic in June was actually roughly 50% of what it was in January, and opt-ins and sales reflect that.
Thus far, some of the main KWs I care about are dancing a little. Up a spot for a couple, down a spot or two for others. But I expect this is just dancing, so we'll see how it plays out. Though I should be up-front and say that isn't the only SEO I've done in the past couple months or will do on the site.
If/when there's a major difference, I'll come back and report then.

I'm not sure that I could ever recommend this package to anyone.
I also do not recommend this package to anyone at this stage. I've been trying lots of different services on new, old and all sort of sites and this is the first time I'm seeing my site completely disappearing. This has something to do with the backlinks, thats a sure thing though.
I'll make sure to post an update If my site pops up back.

I have done an additional blast to your Web 2.0s. Hopefully this should add a positive impact but there is also every possibility that this could be a dance. Please do keep us updated either way.
You may feel free to wait. There is a possibility that it is a dance but Learnmarketing will keep us updated.
Update after recent google update:
I was a bit scared hearing that google launched another update - I bought this package few times before, though I got good to excellent result for all of my main keywords (I did not checked secondary keywords as those I given for diversity purpose) - this time I was a bit scared !
After checking my serp continuously over last 7 days - I can say my rankings are quite stable - just 2/3 spot up and down in 1st page - this is normal cause I am not doing any other activity or SEO on the that sites since last 2 weeks as I am a bit concerned about this new update ! I'll buy another package soon in next week or so - I just want to be more sure that it has no negative impact on my ranking.
So, overall - till this very moment, my SERP is stable - no negative result noticed so far ! I am quite sure that it will be like that, let's see what happen in next few days - I'll have a close eye on the SERP of my main keywords.
