Very close but not quite. It's a bit shorter and more round than Open Sans.

I thought it could be Droid Sans, Adobe Source Sans, etc. but they are all less rounded and taller (look at the cap C, and descender on the g).

It's hard to tell exactly what it is with such a small crappy sample. Where did you get it OP?
