It's "Lato" font.

Chap. Might I suggest you tone it down a tad with calling people pricks here. You will probably find instead of asking questions and insulting people, a much more measured approach might provide more gains. There are people here, very successful people I might add, that are prepared to offer you a whole array of top quality advice if you're amiable.
