What time to do wake up in the morning?



Usually something like this:

Friday: Wake up at 10am
Saturday: Wake up at 2pm
Sunday: Wake up at 6pm
Monday: Wake up at 10pm
Tuesday: Wake up at 1am
Wednesday: Wake up at 4am
Thursday: Wake up at 7am

That's wacky. You do that consistently for months on end without breaking the pattern?

Monday-Friday 5-6am unless I'm up really late on a deadline like tonight
Saturday-Sun 8am-noon depending
 
6 to 6:15 M-F, 6-8 on Saturday Sunday

Try to get to bed by 1am but it rarely happens. Sleep deprivation is free drugs.

I don't use an alarm clock so I may oversleep/undersleep a bit, so the numbers I gave are general estimates. But yes, over the past 9 months I have pretty consistently kept to that sleep cycle. Not because I've tried to, but that's when I naturally fall asleep and wake up.

Fuck how do you think with that little sleep? I got 16 hours of sleep last night and whenever I get under 8-9 I feel like I'm in a fog all day and I can't focus on anything.</jealous>

fuck yea, sounds about right. One day, I really need to fix that schedule though - to sleep from 3am ---> 10:30am is best of both worlds imo

whenever i wake up like past 11 or 12..

i feel like i wasted my time.

I know the feeling. I always get up between 7 and 8 (depending on the time I went to sleep and how currently deprived of sleep I am). I often treat myself to 9am at the weekends, but getting up late is like taking a shotgun to my productivity.
 
I'm with Cardine, about a 26 hour day for me, usually allowing 8-9 hours of sleep.

I find that I can maintain a 24-hour day if I take a 20-minute nap at some point during it; like a siesta, but sadly I rarely find the time to do this.
