Here's why everyone who isn't already good at eating salads and running around the block in the morning will fail.
Cuz you obviously don't have any fit friends. If you did - that fit friend would've dragged you around with him or her for months until you look like them. It's not hard to get pretty when you can secure a lifting partner for a few months that will show up every day of the month including days you don't want to do anything.
So instead of a contest of a bunch of fat people trying to lose weight for the 2015th recorded year in a row by posting on a thread - mebbe try an "accountability-partner" thing this time on your thread. I'm pretty sure having to tell some marketer that you're a sad fuck who ate a large pizza and 6 beers by yourself for dinner tonight will help more than posting "IM IN" on another weight loss thread.

Best way to work out is by yourself at the gym, it's better because you are not wasting time watching each other, if you go SOLO, you can do more workout faster and less time consuming. I work out solo, its my motivation to go there and get it done.

No partner is better than a bad one, but a good one is gold.
120$ for a kettlebell?
WTF?

I'll admit nothing is as good as pre-lawsuit jack3d but I still get a nice energy boost and decent muscle pumps from my pre-workout. Also, you're one to talk about not lifting when you're 225lbs and 21% body fat. Maybe you should start.I mean I guess. I took Jacked. I took NO explode. I took Muscle Pharm assault, all why they where top tier shit. The problem is, eventually you adjust and just don't care. You obviously don't lift so don't talk shit about things you don't know 2 fucks about.
Here it is

Just pick up your option. Maintaining bigger muscles mass without drugs below 15% BF might be hard.
2500 cals seem like quite a lot. I usually aim for 2000 when I want to lose weight.
I'm currently using MyFitnessPal to try to lose the moobs. They have me at 1610 for a daily caloric intake goal. Surprisingly, I'm able to keep it under that nearly every day. Although I've realized that I get about 1 dessert/day and that's it. And it's not a big one...
I still have the occasional sugar during the day and I'm not sure if this can prevent the weight loss, even though my calories are under goal.
My main meals have gotten very healthy even though I could stand to ditch the candy during snacktime. Here's my average meals:
Breakfast - Protein bar
Brunch - Egg Whites or 3/4 ounce almonds
Lunch - 1/2 cold cut sandwich with 5-6 potato chips
Afternoon Snack - 1 cup of popcorn, 2-3 pieces of candy (can't shake the craving)
Dinner - 2 pieces of Tilapia with salad
Post-Workout - Chocolate protein shake w/ Stevia sweetner
Late Night Snack - Rum and Coke with 2-3 cups of popcorn
