Well the tough part here is that Fiverr probably has multiple gigs for traffic, and each one could be completley unrelated. Therefore, it will depend on the quality of the traffic from each source, but I feel like traffic source is harder for google to rank by compared to other website properties.
One thing to keep in mind is that search engines do look at bounce rate as an indicator of whether a website is high quality or not. If the traffic is low quality and leaves the page instantly, and if that in turn causes your bounce rate to skyrocket, then it could have a negative affect but again its hard to say with how fickle search engines can be.
