- Nachos
- Chili or Soup
- Nouriche (Yogurt you drink, 2x the serving as a normal size... add some grapenuts or oats and its very filling)
- Waffles
- Fruits.. banannas or Kiwis
- Toast (Switch to whole grain, my favorite is Honey Fibre Whole Grain, sooo much more filling and healthy than "White")
- I also like homemade beef jerky
wow, someone said soup was healthy, really? read the label sometime! lol there are very few soups that are not calorie loaded, and moo, did you really say you don't care about what you eat cause it all gets worked off at the gym? classic!
