get the oriental rama and add soysauce to it w/ 2 cups water...my favorite drunk or hungover snack
 


how about salad? I love carmerlizing some walnuts and putting them with a baby lettuce and strawberry salad with a nice rasberry vinigrette
 
If I am really working hard food is the last thing on my mind. Otherwise I like cooking so that means I probably have something left over.
 
I don't eat much when I'm working hard either. Here's some snack items I like:

  • Spiced mixed nuts (light on the peanuts)
  • A perfectly ripe peach or banana
  • Whole wheat crackers, cheese and keilbasa
 
Today I've been munching on beef jerky and drinking only the finest of root beer!

I don't really care what I eat or drink, it all gets worked off in the gym anyway ;)
 
My simple foodlist:

- Nachos
- Chili or Soup
- Nouriche (Yogurt you drink, 2x the serving as a normal size... add some grapenuts or oats and its very filling)
- Waffles
- Fruits.. banannas or Kiwis
- Toast (Switch to whole grain, my favorite is Honey Fibre Whole Grain, sooo much more filling and healthy than "White")
- I also like homemade beef jerky
 
wow, someone said soup was healthy, really? read the label sometime! lol there are very few soups that are not calorie loaded, and moo, did you really say you don't care about what you eat cause it all gets worked off at the gym? classic!
 
9/10 meals i eat out (not including breakfast). in-n-out motha fucka.
