Not sure what the worst beer I've had was, probably one of the mainstream domestics like Bud/Miller/Coors (they're all the same).
As far as the best beer, depends on the style. Having 2 of the 3 highest rated breweries in the world right here in Michigan is awesome though. Pretty much everything that Founders and Bells put out is at the top of the list for their style. I'm also a big fan of most of the sour beers that Jolly Pumpkin brews, but they're kind of a niche brewer.
Are those sold out everywhere near you? I tried to find more yesterday, and everywhere was wiped out. I only know of one place that still has some(a pizza place), but they're not selling them yet.I live 5 miles from Stone, and I FINALLY got my hands on a couple of the "Enjoy By" IPA's. I haven't been able to get a bottle from any of the previous releases. Really one of the best IPA's I've had in a long time.
