Wondering why networks work with shady advertisers without prepay and then bitch and cry when they don't get paid. Esp. advertisers in foreign countries. What did you think was going to happen?

the simple answer is: they blinded by greed and money... thats why... just like most of the people who are excited to go live again on an offer they still havent been paid on...
 
Ok, now i'm honestly getting a little upset. Trying to play it cool, but the money they owe me is very significant. I could tell people are still playing it cool here, and the AMs are still being open and responsive, and I really want to give them a chance. But this is kinda of unacceptable, like said above, and i'm wondering if it's stupid not to be more aggressive about this, but what leverage do I really have here? Who here is still running CX traffic?

I have paused all my traffic to them. Doesnt make sense to keep running traffic if they cant or wont pay. Granted they have paid me over $1m over the past 6 months but I hate it when shit like this happen.

Anyway, I hope they pay me what I am owed but I am not being optimistic at his point.

also, I agree with the comment about $-dropping. it's never necessary to mention dollars to prove a point in fact it often comes off as a not so subtle attempt to brag, which hurts credibility because are you making your point to make a point? or to brag?
 
looks like from their financials that they're really upside down...their a/r looks bad, $28mil and q3 last year was less than half. maybe xm owes them over $10mil? if so, they don't have the a/r and cash to cover the a/p
 
i'm sure people $ dropping is to let people know how serious the situation is, not to brag. i dropped some $ comments earlier, but my intention was to get people to talk about their situations, not brag...i'm basically anonymous anyway. there are some really big time guys in this forum, bragging wouldn't go far
