I had the same thing happened. probably why they were pulled. I was making 60-80$/day then it dropped to 20$ then 0$ for the same traffic. Must be something the advertiser is doing playing with the tracking pixel or something.

Revenuegateway (all gg and cpc offers) supposedly downed their links and cpa networks refuse to reimburse affiliates (because they "didnt know"). which sucks.

be able to use oj-arrested.com as the display url, when the campaign goes to justbz.com? Thought Yahoo requires that the diplay url be the ultimate destination.

Millnic just got some new email submits. It's on the main page when you log in. So far I'm having decent results.

Your AM should be able to forward you a list of e-mail/zips that are converting and performing well. Keep in mind that many of the advertisers now have a database of millions of e-mail addresses and is scrubbing its legacy file (current e-mails) against new submits.
