I love your service, I've been using it a lot and even referred it to a lot of my friends (If you got a bunch of people from a link on a bodybuilding forum, it was me :)
 
I don't want to disable Bing tracking (Bing-powered search hit 30% market share in April) but I would like the option to only use G results for the "Top Ranking" column.
 
I have been trying to report some glitches in my account but when I hit the "support" or "report them here" buttons from within my account dashboard they take me to the main sales page.
Some pages are still gathering info from yesterday and to many show no ranking. How do we proceed?

This or separate columns for bing and google top results, unticking bing still doesn't let you sort the page by google top results.
 
So I need to un-check Bing from 200 domains individually? I see a bulk manage tool but not clear how to use it. Then I will see G rankings in Top ranking? Bing may be 30% of traffic, but it does not seem that applies to my niches. G is the only thing that matters to me, for now.
 
Bing results are inaccurate for me. According to SEscout I'm #2 and #4 on Bing for two similar keywords, yet when I manually check with a US proxy I'm nowhere to be found. Am I missing something here?
 
LOVE the service, but I am having trouble changing my password... It keeps sending me a "temp" log in through my email but fact is I don't remember my original password.. ha.

Try logging out and logging back in then hitting the support button. It should log you into an external service automatically so you can get help. If that doesn't work email us at contact@sescout.com

Fixed! 3.5.2 is live. We added a column for "top bing" and "top google". Either of which you can hide separately. Also hiding domain/keyword columns persists through refreshes now (but not login and logout, yet).
 
THats awesome, thanks for getting that happening so quickly, makes it so much easier for me to get a quick glance at where I am without digging deeper, really appreciate it.
