Screw the Audi!

Shoulda gone limp at the scene. Jaws of life and all.

Happened to my friend, stopped at a stop sign, slipped off the break and slightly bumped the car in front, driver went limp, they cut the door off, and he got a good settlement, which was one of a dozen for the same shit.

He got a scratch and your shitbox crumbles. AudI > BMW

Audi owner spotted.

The Audi is a 4x4 - vs a Saloon, yet the Audi has to get towed away, and the BMW suffers cosmetic damage and drives home?. I'll take cosmetic damage over serious internal/structural damage any day of the week.

When a front wheel hits a rear panel of another car, of course the rear panel is going to give way, it'd be the same in pretty much any car. I'd be wondering why the fuck a 4x4 had to be towed because it hit the rear side panel of another car... not the other way around.

I own a BMW, after owning an Audi, personally i'd never go back because theres nothing the Audi offers that the beemer doesnt do better.... Their quality of build is fucking amazing and what the entire company is built on.

Not an Audi owner. Here they're driven by entitled, arrogant shits, so not for someone as pleasant as me.
The Audi quarter panel, guard, whatever, may have been rubbing on the tire and the first thing to do with that type of collision is pull it back up so the wheel can turn freely. It's worked for me in the past after hitting a tree that refused to get out of my drunken way. I drove that home to....albeit the next day.

Audi took the impact in a much more damage susceptible area from the looks of it. It doesn't take much at all to damange an axle or mess up your suspension geometry when your tire/rim is the first thing to make contact in a 4000lb collision. I would expect any modern day vehicle no matter the make to have similar damage to the Bimmer.

You are lucky I was not the audi driver, would of walked out and spanked you for being in the wrong place and took your money counter so I know how much will cost you to fix my car :)

I'm going to type slowly, maybe that will help.
One driver was in a BMW, the other was in an Audi.
Park a BMW in a parking lot next to an Audi, nothing should happen.
Get drivers in whatever kind of car, they'll do stupid shit.
While I don't think Audis are especially great, Audi had nothing to do with the accident.
Can you not fucking think?

As long as we are saying it's the drivers, not the auto manufacturer, I'm good.
I've had the same kind of "accident" before, IMO, always call and wait for the police so you can file a report.

That's assuming your local police aren't jack-booted thugs seeking to exploit/rape/pillage those who call for assistance.
