Any tips for getting rid of a gut?
The strange thing is I work out 3x per week and run 1x per week for an hour... gut is bigger on some days than others.
I'm happy with every other part of my body but not my waist. I also try to eat salad/fruit at lunch almost every day, but gut is still fat sometimes. Too much subway maybe?
Seems hard to get rid of. I'm about 205 lbs... and around 6".
I do sit at the computer for 8 hrs a day, so that can't help.
