Last september, I vented my frustrations here regarding the increasingly poor approval time for new image ads on Adwords.
We're now in march and it seems to be getting worse.
Another WF dude I just spoke with says he's been waiting 3 weeks(!) for Google to review his ads. Three weeks... Totally unacceptable when you've worked hard to set up a new campaign all eager to launch it for a hot offer. With the rate this is going, hot opportunities will go dead by the time Google's ass has gotten around to approve our sorry ads, lol.
If you vote, please post whether you are waiting on image ad approvals from a US based or UK/Ireland (European) account. Could the increased review times be a result of the recent G layoffs?
I understand Google are probably wanting more people to use their new Display Builder instead, but tons of people aren't gonna just give up on traditional image formats overnight.
C'mon, Google!! Review our fuckin' ads already...
