I feel like I'm always having trouble going to sleep. It used to be real bad but it has gotten better. I used to go to bed around 2-4AM because I couldn't fall asleep. Recently I've been going to bed around 12-2AM. Sometimes I would take something, like benadryl, that I know will make me exhausted in a few hours, but I can't imagine that being healthy. Besides, every time I do take benadryl and my alarm clock goes off, I think I'm late for something and I have no clue whats going on.
When I wake up I just feel exhausted and feel like going back to bed. I wake up around 8:45 to leave the house at 9. That's sometimes 7-8 hours of sleep, which should be plenty. I try to get the most possible sleep so I wake up like 10-15 mins before I have to leave.
Has anyone had trouble sleeping or feel exhausted waking up every single morning? Have you fixed this, if so, how?
