I saw his infomercial just like 2 weeks ago. He's running strong as ever.
Yeah he's still able to slang all the BS books he wants, but I'm pretty sure the FTC permanently banned him from selling anything health related.

I just want to add my 2cents here.
I'm in the process of settling with the FTC on a MUCH smaller case (sorry will not go into details), so I have a little bit of experience...
The FTC is NO JOKE.
At the end of the day, they will get whatever they want. Before they start a case they know pretty much everything about you and your money. They know what they want and they will get it.
Offshore bank accounts, this isn't they 80's, they know about them. Have a nice car? Enjoy it, because it's now their car. Oh yeah, and don't try to lie to them, it will just get you in more trouble.
$450 million is not a small sum. Thats the type of shit you go to jail for. Since he is not in the US, it may be to his benefit. My case was only a few hundred thousand and they pretty much wiped me clean. Even after settling they still monitor you for a few years to come.
For those that think he's just getting some slap on the wrist, not happening. Trust me, he's shitting his pants. This isn't some private corporation that will settle out of court for a million. This is the US government, and they LOVE money. They are patient. They will let you get to the top, and right when your at the top, they take you down. No warning, just a FedEx with 100 pages.
If he knew he was scamming people big time, why he continued to do so for such a long time and with such scale is far from my understanding. The guy clearly knew how the industry works so he could still make tons even without doing ilegal stuff.
Hmm.. so I'm wondering what goes thru heads of people like you. Obviously you didn't get this treatment for feeding the hungry or curing the ill. Was it worth it what you did? Would you do it again? Do you believe in karma? Do you feel "they fucked you" or you got what you deserved?

What the fuck are you talking about? Karma? It's not like I was selling human eye balls.
It's the cost of doing business. You win some and you loose some. Hell yea it was worth it. I'm 21 and have nothing to loose. In the back of your head you know what can happen, but you take the risk. At the end of the day I still came out on top. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.
Being sued sucks, but there is no jail time involved. So whats the worst that can happen? You loose some money? If your smart enough you can make it back.
I'm no expert so dont quote me but I'm pretty sure there have been many people who really didn't deserve to get fucked by the FTC and were following any and all guidelines... yet they still got fucked.
LOL.In order to cancel the rebill you had to get a doctors note saying you had a small penis.
I don't know I haven't heard of one yet. In every FTC case I've heard of, read about, etc. - something very very shady was going on. I think it takes a lot to get their attention. From what I can tell because they have limited resources they prioritize "the worst of the worst" or "public interest" and go after them.
I'll say this, I'm personally happy there's FTC. May they live long lives and prosper. Without them things would be much worse. There's so many people who are willing to screw others for money. The consequences or the threat of consequences (FTC, etc) at least keeps those fuckers in check to some degree.
Without checks like that you basically have a third-world country where anything goes. Ironically, the people pulling this shit wouldn't wanna live in those countries![]()

You will never be rich

Yes, how would we ever survive without more bureaucracy. Do you consider Hong Kong a third-world country?
Yea there is no need for organizations like the FTC.
We should all go to countries like China where fake medicine, chemicals in food are a common occurrence.
stay quietIt's quite tragic that certain people have a very strong mindset that says you have to screw other people to get rich. You really don't.
But I know this mindset that you have is very strong and I don't hope to change your mind. Mostly writing this for other people.
How about the opposite? Those who provide REAL value to people get REALLY rich.
Look at Facebook, Google, etc. etc. Look at the Walton family who built Walmart. Look at Subway founders who gave people healthy (or healthier) fast food. Read Forbes 400. Tell me how many of them built a business based on screwing consumers and leeching value.
No, no they're no angels but they provided a ton of value to people and people have rewarded them in spades. Their businesses were not built on fraud and leeching value from the equation.
You can't build a billion dollar business on fraud. A few million, yes. Tens of millions, sure. 100s? Say hello to your icons, Mr. Willms and Mr. Warshak.

The reason I said you will never be rich is because I can see you do not have the mindset. In the real world you have to take risks and be aggressive to get ahead.
Not a single shit was given.
