it would suck if you had a few accts disabled with 4 or 5 ads each at $50 each that were enabled without you knowledge and your CC gets hit with $1k + charges a day for a few days before you noticed.......yes they are all profitable for me too but I still like to know when I am getting hit with charges like that.
Got a response from a facebook rep....this is what he said.
We do not accept ads that are deceptive or fraudulent about any
offer they make. If your ad includes a price, discount, or ‘free’ offer,
the destination URL for the ad must link to a page that clearly and
accurately offers the exact deal the ad has displayed.
In general, we reserve the right to determine what advertising we
accept. We may choose, in order to keep our advertising as effective
and relevant for our users, to not accept ads containing or relating to
certain products or offers.

We do not use banning by hand. That would take forever. We do however allow users to flag messages as spam through a reporting module that has been quite effective at picking through the spam and non-spam advertisements that you people have been submitting through our service.

A disabled account isn't good for anyone. I just want to buy advertising on Facebook without the hassle. A clarified T.O.S would be great, and disabling ads instead of entire accounts is far perferred.

There is really no reason for people to continue making 'jump' accounts after one account is suspended for breaking the user and advertiser Terms Of Service. By all means you can continue to create them but we have already logged your credit and personal information as an advertiser and can cross-reference the information against all of your current and former accounts. We're not exactly stupid, hehe. I gather people here think we are idiots and we don't know what a 'proxy ip' is or anything about spoofing. Remember that we are in fact a large corporation with some especially talented security talent on our team. Most of the people who have made it clear in this board thread have already been identified, and will be hearing from our legal team shortly.

My bet is this guy is not from Facebook. His statements are suspect and baiting ("hear from our legal team"). For what exactly? There is no clear TOS, so what contract are they breaching? Can a mod confirm his info to verify if it's from facebook servers or email?

You would be shocked at the questions we are asked by spammers trying to save themselves or trying to 'game' our system by asking us questions. We actually have lots of fun with some of the replies and I am sure many have been confused to the point where they do not ask again, hehe
