Mexican Cartels vs Anonymous: Place your bets

I dunno why the US doesn't just launch a full scale "peacekeeping" operation in mexico. It would be a lot easier than flying their troops halfway round the world. They'd probably have more chance of success as well than pissing about in afghanistan.

If they can use predator drones to take out people in Yemen, I'm sure they can spare a few for their southern border.

The cartels in other South American countries might thing twice about acting up if one got wiped out with a full scale military response too.

I very much doubt that, seeing as I don't live in the US.

Anyhow, that would just make annexing Mexico an even more sensible move. They wouldn't need to hop the border then.

I really hope no one on this thread actually thinks the US cares about world peace. LOL. We only kill brown people that hold precious resources, it has nothing to do with safety or justice. Mexico's most precious resources are the pipeline of cocaine from Columbia and Peru and it's slave labor that picks our fruit. Since both make their way across the border just fine, we have no reason to go down there.

Anon have already called off the operation due to the potential risk to the people whose names would have been disclosed.

Whether that really is the reason why they called it off is worth speculating over. Maybe the kidnapee really was released?

Because Mexico has denied our offer for help. They don't want American boots on their soil. We've offered, but they'd rather see their brothers and wives be robbed, decapitated and thrown into a mass grave.

This shit hits home for me. My girlfriend has family in Mexico and the Zeta's have already robbed and decapitated 2 of them. Shit is really fucked up down there.

goddamn i really hate these kids. people start to think they speak for every internet hacker, i really wish people stopped taking them so seriously.

i'm convinced, with all the press that they are getting, that they are CIA hellbent on ushering in internet control to the masses.

They're "wealthy" by Mexican standards ... hell by world standards. They have acreage, multiple homes, and a few businesses. The Zeta's wanted it, and sadly they got it. They abducted my GF's uncle, really nice guy, always welcomed me like I was one of the clan. Anyway he was held for ransom. His wife didn't know what to do so she met their demands. Turned over land, homes, and businesses. They found him 7 days later, head missing in a mass grave. :(

You can't go to the cops, they're corrupted and the citizens are afraid for their life so they won't fight back. It's really fucked up down there. Then you have our government giving them weapons and shit.

I'm not gonna go into details on the second one but have you ever had a loved one tortured in front of you, in your own home, then when you do give in to their demands they cut off his head anyway and leave? While you and your children watch...

Not that you guys give a fuck but the next time you bump that line of coke, or smoke that mexican schwag, eat those "prescription" pills, smoke your meth or whatever you can pretty much be sure someone down there was brutally murdered for so you to have that, maybe even kids.
