I have been testing out pizzas at home on the grill, I think I got it down now.
1)you can buy dough already made or use the Jiffy pizza quick dough(just add water)
2) once you roll it out to desired thickness place on your preheated outdoor grill for 5-6 minutes
3)once it is crispy on the bottom bring back inside to place your toppings on the side that has been grilled.
4)Place back on the grill for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and there you have it.
Really comes out similiar to what you would expect a brick oven pie to taste like.
An extra tip: once you grill the first part and bring it inside to get your toppings loaded up... coat the grilled part with olive oil that has been sitting with fresh garlic for a few hours, really adds a nice flavor to it.
If grilling is your thing and you enjoy pizza, give it a try and if you do it another way would love to hear your method...
