Rip me apart please!!!

This is just my opinion, but.

Your url sucks, if you take off the web2. at the beginning you have 0design (zero design)

The design looks about 12 years old. The only think that looks remotely modern are the two white boxes with the blue borders. I don't mean to be harsh, but your not going to get any work with a page like that.

Maybe concentrate on learning marketing and hire out the design work.

I actually like the navigation if you're trying to sell yourself as a foreward thinking designer, even if your clients (if you get any) won't want that, they'll appreciate the originality.

However the whole style is utter horrible. The background and the logo is all horrible.

Well, normally I wouldn't bother, but it looks like you respond well to criticism and are making sincere attempts to improve, so a couple things:

- the large fonts and rounded corners are not looking very clean in (at least) firefox 3.5. Maybe try using something like this for your large fonts:
An alternative to sIFR: Facelift Image Replacement | Breathe new life into your web pages

- I am afraid that the sliding content panes may induce seizures in some and it makes me want to leave the site. Make the white backgrounds something other than white. Going from black to white is just too much. Try to mute/fade the colored borders a bit and when the user clicks a new menu button, make the existing content panes slide back in before the new ones slide out.

One tip if you do get this going, and you may be planning this is use a real email address from your domain, not a freebie.

Even better use a contact form and have a script process it and send it to you by email. This looks more professional and you won't get your email address harvested.

while I agree that the style is horrible, I think you're wrong on the navigation. it's like designing a car and putting the stick shift on the roof. sure it's original, but it makes the site less usable. people should know how to navigate the site immediately, without having to figure it out.

casben79 - check out this post for some design inspiration. There are few web dev shops in the list and the designs are of very high quality.

I want to add Usability.gov - Usability Home. having a pretty site is a lot less important than having a usable site. craigslist, for instance, is just hideous, but it's very easy to use and thus successful. twitter, on the other hand is both pretty and usable. make it exceptionally usable first, then add the pretty.
