Andddd paypal screwed us again. Going to put updates on hold for a bit today while we roll out some new proxies.
I'm sorry, but I can't put up with SEScout any longer. Many of our keywords for our clients are way off, and have been for about a month. One client even got excited to see his term jump from nowhere to the third page, only to manually find out this wasn't the case.
I feel you guys will be good in due time, but I'm switching to ranktracker.
I'll be canceling my account as soon as we move all our keywords over. You guys really need to work on accuracy and consistency. SeScout can't be used to track client stats right now, which is the main reason why I wanted it. Too much manual checking is going on to make sure your program is accurate. You've nailed the top3 down, but nothing beyond that is accurate.

Sorry to see you go. I haven't any ranking reports for some time now. Is there anything specific I can look into for you? Typically results under 50 are about 90% accurate with what any user would see by going directly through the browser, however, the further away you get from the top 3 pages, the more inconsistencies you are likely to see simply because rankings are rarely static at that point.
P.S. Just a quick heads-up about rank-tracker (obviously a biased opinion, but this came straight from several customers that have switched over from their software).
Full disclosure, this is copy-pasta from another thread I posted this information in.
When you initially purchase rank tracker, you are paying for the actual software and a 6 month "trial" subscription to the Rank Tracker Live! Plan.
What they don't tell you is that the software DOES NOT FUNCTION without an active subscription to the Rank Tracker Live! Plan. So essentially you are paying $99 for the first 6 months of usage and once that expires, you are left with worthless non-functioning software, unless you extend your subscription to the Rank Tracker Live! Plan.
Let's break down the cost.
Initial purchase $249!
6 months later you must renew the cost of the Rank Tracker Live! Plan at a minimum cost of $6.95 per month if you own "professional" and $19.95 if you are "enterprise".
Total cost of the cheapest rank tracker package for a year = $290, this doesn't even bring into account the fact that you will almost certainly need proxies if you have a large enough variety of keywords and domains, and the fact that you need to manually install the software and have the computer actually running to retrieve any results.
Just food for thought.

A quick update for everyone else:
We've been hard at work on a pretty massive update of all the inner-workings of SEscout. What does this mean? Everything works again. Notifications will be reenabled, dashboard and settings will be faster than ever, just a better experience all around.
We plan on having it out within the next few days at which point you will immediately know upon going to the site. I'll post some updates here along the way.
