A home that will collapse if the marriage fails, a career that will collapse if the market fails, and bills that will go unpaid if either fails. Yours was a failure of planning and principles, so examine those before you lament the loss of your meal ticket.
Forgive and most importantly forget him. I had to do that with my ex husband. (Unfortunately we have a son together so I can't block him out completely) Luckily I found a fantastic replacement for him

Now I am wondering, even after I added some advice above, that this may be a poor attempt to get some free help here at wf. She hasn't posted much since she said jon emailed her, which could be what she wanted in the first place! I am not saying this to slam her, but it could happen.
We have had guys acting like hot women on here before for free advice!

Aniston, get this guy in court ASAP and get emergency child support and spousal support going. Sell everything he still has in the house (if any) before any attorneys are involved. If your state is like mine, this guy has no chance.
Most of my advice might not fit for you as I think you waited to long to act.
1) Stop paying the home related bills, taxes and insurance. Rent the home out to tenant without a formal lease. You mentioned your foreclosure date, see if you can get a continuance.
2) Save the cash from the rent
3) Return the car voluntarily
4) File for bankruptcy
5) Move in with family/friends anyone who will take you in while you sort through all the issues
6) Call unemployment, I assume you are a commission based employee. I believe you can still file for unemployment.

Thanks again for the continued advice! It is very helpful to me. It's nice to know that people care...even if it's on WF! Well it looks like we are getting an offer on our house. It's a low ball offer but it will take it off the foreclosure list....whew! I won't make a dime but that's ok. The water hasn't been turned off for some reason...God is good and there is a silver lining!

You were in real estate, and earning enough to support an entire family. Obviously you're a good sales person.
Realise it or not, sales is what most things revolve around nowadays. PR is just selling an image. Copywriting is selling people their own ignorance. etc.
You shouldn't have too much trouble finding another white collar job.
Hell, you could probably make some decent money in aff marketing by running a blog all about revenge against your ex-husband.
Each step of the way has stuff that could be succesfully monetized, if you think about it with some cold logic:
- Getting out of your financial hole - loan offers, debt consolidation
- Paying bills - Employment offers, credit card offers
- New job - Employment offers
- Keeping the family together - cheap stuff to keep the kids occupied
- Keeping the kids occupied while you plot revenge - I dunno, video games or something...
- Getting revenge on the husband pt 1 - weaponry & firearms rev-share, harrassment services, etc
- Getting revenge on the husband pt 2 - Lingerie, dating services, etc
- And let's not forget all those random musings you can have on just random crap that goes through your mind on the way... like how nice it'd be to have some USB slippers with heating elements this Xmas...
The point is if you write it as a nasty vindicitve bitch, it'll get popular really quickly, especially with the feminazis and Dr.Phil crowd.
Enough popularity, you may even get a book deal to republish your blog, etc etc etc

kinda weird, lol i have about 3 foreclosures on my credit and not even sweating it. I have apartments set up, car with payments made every month already set up.

I got the "letter" from the mortage company saying you owe us 100k and was kinda relieved that they had a number on there.

Yeah I'm sure everyone's going to trust that her side of the story is 100% accurate. I don't want to be mean or anything, but do you really trust information from someone who turns to wickedfire forums for advice about this situation? Seriously..this is the last place I would go with my serious life issues. What are you thinking lady?
My thoughts exactly. She's likely leaving out the part where he worked 80+ hour weeks, came home to a sexless marriage and a dirty kitchen.
