(against only 14 cases in IRAN, it makes you wonder if, after all, IRAN is right to execute Rapists by publicly hanging them, if Killing 14 criminals could save the lives of 272 000 American women per year, i would say that is a cheap price, by try to even introduce that idea in the US and you will have all the gay human right activists on your back, what about the rights of the 272 000 girls , many of them killed brutally after the rape, are we protecting the victims or the criminals ?)
